Reading Police have closed the 800 block of Franklin Street due to an active police incident. The Berks County Emergency Response Team is on scene. Officers were heard using a loudspeaker to announce they had a warrant and order an individual inside the building to exit. After several loud bangs were heard, police entered the building.
