Initial dispatch information indicated two people were shot. One victim was reported by paramedics to be deceased at the scene, while a second victim was transported to the hospital. Reading Police and EMS responded to a reported shooting early Friday morning just after 2 a.m. in the 500 block of Lancaster Avenue.
