PennDOT is advising motorists of upcoming daytime road work scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 7, on Interstate 78 at Exit 35 (PA 143) in Greenwich Township, Berks County. The work will involve line painting as part of the Interstate 78 Lenhartsville Bridge Replacement Project and will be performed by a PennDOT contractor. Traffic slowdowns and rolling roadblocks are expected in both directions between noon and 1 p.m., and drivers are urged to use caution while traveling through the work zone.
