Police revise account of Cumru Township shooting, say woman died by suicide

Cumru Township Police now say that forensic evidence indicates the woman found dead inside the Scenic Drive residence Wednesday morning died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Investigators had initially taken her adult grandson in for questioning, but as the interview continued and evidence was reviewed, police determined that forensics clarified what actually happened, and he was later released.
