A long-vacant industrial building in Reading is set for a major transformation.
City officials joined leaders from Ethosource and Wyatt Seating on Wednesday to announce a $6.5 million redevelopment project at 2047 Kutztown Road. The 109,000-square-foot property will become a new center for manufacturing, operations, and innovation as the companies relocate and expand operations from Morgantown and Wyomissing to the city.
The project is expected to begin operations in fall 2026 and support future hiring and economic growth in Reading.
