From tinkering with electronics as a kid to opening his own business, Jonathan Mashburn has turned a lifelong passion into a growing community hub in Wyomissing. Now co-owner of Lounge Around Games Co. at the Berkshire Mall, Mashburn has created a space where people of all ages can connect through gaming, featuring consoles from every generation, hosting events, and welcoming community groups. Despite challenges tied to uncertainty surrounding the mall’s future, he remains focused on expanding community engagement, especially by giving young people a safe place to gather. Mashburn says his long-term goal is to continue building a space centered on connection, entertainment, and opportunity for the community.
