In recognition of Fire Prevention Week, participants from ProBerco’s Adult Training Community Participation Supports program visited the Oley Fire Company for an informative and hands-on learning experience focused on fire safety and emergency response.
During the visit, participants learned important fire prevention and safety tips, explored firefighting equipment, and had an up-close look at the fire trucks used to serve and protect the community.
The visit provided participants with a greater understanding of the essential services firefighters provide and the importance of staying safe at home and in the community.
“We are grateful to the Oley Fire Company for welcoming ProBerco participants and for the behind-the-scenes tour of the firehouse,” said Jessica Penchard, Public Relations Director. “It was truly a great experience for everyone, especially when they set off the sirens.”
ProBerco thanks the firefighters and volunteers of the Oley Fire Company for hosting our Adult Training Program participants and for their ongoing dedication to serving the community.
