The Camel Project will bring Chalkpalooza Kutztown to the community on Saturday, Oct. 10, with an afternoon of chalk art, bubbles, family activities and community connections.

The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 740 Noble Street in Kutztown. Chalkpalooza is designed to bring families and community members together while promoting kindness, connection, belonging and bullying prevention.

Activities will include chalk art and other creative activities, bubbles, family-friendly entertainment and an Activities Alley for children and families. A community car show will also be held as part of the event.

“Chalkpalooza is about more than chalk,” said Pamela Gockley, founder and executive director of The Camel Project. “It is about creating opportunities for people to connect. Whether someone comes for the cars, the art, the family activities, or simply to spend time together, we want them to leave knowing that building safer and kinder communities is something all of us can be part of.”

The event also supports The Camel Project’s efforts to raise awareness about bullying prevention and encourage environments where people feel supported, connected and comfortable speaking up when harmful behaviors occur.

The Camel Project is a nonprofit organization focused on addressing bullying and violence through education, prevention, advocacy and support.

Chalkpalooza Kutztown is open to the public. Additional information and car show registration are available through The Camel Project.
