Santander Arena, Santander Performing Arts Center and the Reading Royals have launched a new official rewards app, giving fans a new way to earn points and unlock exclusive rewards and experiences while attending concerts, hockey games, Broadway shows and other live events in Reading.
Available for free through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the new app introduces an official loyalty program connecting fans with events at Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center, as well as Reading Royals games.
Fans can earn points by attending eligible events at Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center, including concerts, Reading Royals hockey games, Broadway performances and more. Additional opportunities to earn points include checking in at Reading Royals community events and making qualifying in-arena purchases during select events.
Once enough points are earned, fans can redeem them directly through the app for exclusive prizes, merchandise, special experiences and other rewards. Reading Royals fans will also have opportunities to unlock team-specific rewards and experiences, while Royals Season Members can access additional contests, discounts and benefits through the app.
Getting started is free and simple. After downloading the app, fans can sign in using their Ticketmaster account to sync eligible upcoming events and games. Reading Royals Season Members can also activate their account using their season ticket information.
Beyond the rewards program, the app serves as a convenient destination for fans to stay connected with live entertainment in Reading. Users can browse upcoming events at Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center, purchase tickets, set event reminders and check in through the app when they arrive.
Whether attending a concert or cheering on the Reading Royals, fans can now earn points with every visit and redeem them for exclusive rewards, prizes and experiences.
