Shoulder work and widening operations are scheduled from June 1 through June 5 on Forgedale Road, Covered Bridge Road, and Oysterdale Road in Oley, Pike, District, and Washington townships. The project area extends between PA 662 and Old Route 100. PennDOT maintenance crews will conduct the work from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. as a moving operation with lane restrictions and flagging. In Tilden Township, construction work on PA 61 between Blue Mountain Drive and Lowland Road is scheduled to begin June 2 and continue through October 30. The project, being completed by a PennDOT contractor, will maintain single-lane traffic conditions in both northbound and southbound directions around the clock.
