Twin Valley High School’s theater department will bring a classic fairytale to life this spring with its production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, set to take the stage in April.
Directed by Jessie Sanders, the production will transform the high school auditorium into a royal setting, featuring a cast of student performers portraying the story’s well-known characters.
Sienna Brown stars as Cinderella, alongside Mark Conlow as Prince Topher. Cecelia Skoniczin takes on the role of Marie, the Fairy Godmother, while Lilly Stellini and Mila Falcon play stepsisters Gabrielle and Charlotte. The cast also includes Jacob Ignacio as Lord Chancellor Sebastian and Misan Onofomi as Jean-Michel.
“We are incredibly excited to share this version of the story with our community,” Sanders said. “While it has all the magic and romance you expect from Cinderella, it also carries a beautiful message about being the change you wish to see in the world. Our students have worked tirelessly to master the difficult score and the intricate choreography.”
The musical tells the story of kindness, transformation, and perseverance, centered around Cinderella’s journey and the relationships she builds along the way.
Performances are scheduled for April 10 at 7 p.m., April 11 at 12 p.m. and 7 p.m., and April 12 at 2 p.m. All shows will be held in the Twin Valley High School auditorium.
Tickets are available at the door or online. Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for students.
