Police seek public’s help locating stolen Conrad Weiser school van

Update: On January 8, 2026, at approximately 7:56 AM (0756 hours), the stolen Conrad Weiser Area School District Ford E-250 was recovered in Marion Township. The suspect, however, remains at large. Original post: The South Heidelberg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a school van that was reported stolen from the Conrad Weiser Area School District campus in Robesonia.

According to South Heidelberg Police Department, the theft occurred on December 31, 2025, at approximately 12:30 a.m. A white 2010 Ford E-250 school van, bearing Pennsylvania registration MG3557F, was taken from the district’s property at 347 E. Penn Ave.

Police said security footage from the early morning hours shows suspects arriving on school property in a separate all-white van. One unidentified individual exited that vehicle, gained access to the school district van, and then drove it away. Both the stolen van and the suspect vehicle were last seen traveling westbound on Penn Avenue.

Anyone who observes the stolen vehicle or has information about the theft, its current location, or the identity of those involved is asked to contact South Heidelberg police at 610-670-9885. In the event of an active sighting or emergency, residents are advised to dial 911.
