Hope Rescue Mission will hold its annual Gala on Saturday, September 6, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading.
The event will bring together community leaders, partners, and supporters to celebrate life transformation stories and raise funds for the Mission’s programs. Proceeds will support services including emergency shelter, transitional housing, workforce development, and assistance for women and children.
Guests will take part in a reception and dinner while hearing program highlights and testimonies from residents. The evening will also feature raffles and the presentation of the David H. Roland Award. Attendees are asked to wear business festive attire.
Founded in 1894, Hope Rescue Mission is a faith-based nonprofit that serves more than 1,500 individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Berks County each year.
