Please be advised that a brief reopening ceremony will be held on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 10 to 10:10 a.m. at the Route 724 Bridge over Allegheny Creek.
The event is expected to last approximately 10 minutes, and traffic will reopen shortly afterward. The replacement of this bridge – originally built in 1956 - was necessary due to its age, structural condition and modern traffic demands. PennDOT appreciates your patience as we celebrate the completion of this important project.
