The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Berks County until 8:00 PM Thursday night. A couple tornadoes possible. Scattered hail up to ping pong size possible. Scattered wind gusts up to 70 MPH possible.
**This is an extension of the thunderstorm watch issued earlier today that initially included only counties east of Berks.
