Reading Police and EMS have responded to the report of a shooting in the 1000 block of Windsor Street around 11:35 PM, initially described as multiple people shot after an argument, possibly a juvenile and an adult, multiple calls from the area.
Update: Ambulance transporting one to the hospital.
