Locations impacted include Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Robesonia, Leesport, Bernville, Bechtelsville, Spring Ridge, Fairview Hgts, Shillington, West Reading, Boyertown, Mount Penn, Mohnton, and Kenhorst.
