Accident on 422 westbound in Exeter Township just after Route 345 (South Center Road), reported to be a vehicle into a telephone pole with entrapment and injuries.
Update: Firefighters on-scene reporting two people trapped, one deceased and one critically injured. Fire police dispatched for traffic control.
Update #2: 2nd vehicle involved in the accident found just west of initial scene.
