Reading Police and EMS responded to a shooting Saturday morning around 6:00 a.m. in the 800 block of Nicolls Street. Officers initially reported finding two people on the ground with gunshot wounds. One victim was transported to the hospital, but their condition is not yet known. The second person was reported deceased, though this has not been confirmed by authorities.
