Drought Conditions Improve, But Berks Remains Abnormally Dry

Some relief, but we’re not quite there yet. According to the latest U.S. Drought Monitor, Berks County is still classified as “abnormally dry”—but the good news is that all drought conditions (D1–D4) have been eliminated across the region for the first time since early September.
