On Tuesday afternoon, Reading Police and EMS responded to the 300 block of North 11th Street for reports of a stabbing involving a juvenile male. Initial dispatches described a group, with reports that individuals may have been armed.
According to Reading Police, officers arrived to find a large altercation involving several students. During the incident, there was a report that someone may have been in possession of a machete; however, no individuals were cut or stabbed. One juvenile did sustain injuries during the fight but has not been cooperative with police.
