Reading officials announced that beginning Friday, October 24, the parking lot at the Pagoda and the surrounding road area will be temporarily closed for construction.
The closure will remain in place until the project is completed. City officials said updates on the reopening will be provided once work is finished.
Update: Crane operations at the Pagoda have finished for the day, and the parking lot and surrounding road area have reopened. It’s expected that there will be another short closure next Friday, October 31, to complete additional work.
