Flood Watch

A Flood Watch has been issued for Berks County by the National Weather Service from Monday afternoon beginning at 2:00 PM through Monday night at 11:00 PM. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Slow moving showers and thunderstorms capable of heavy rain are likely Monday afternoon and evening. You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
