Accident on 222 South in Wyomissing just before the Papermill Road Exit, reported to be a vehicle versus a light post or tree with entrapment.
Update: Police reporting the vehicle is down an embankment in the woods with a tree on the vehicle. Fire Police dispatched for traffic control.
