STOMP does not have a storyline like a traditional musical or play. There is no dialogue or plot. Instead, the eight-member troupe uses everything but conventional percussion instruments – matchboxes, wooden poles, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters and hubcaps, just to name a few – to fill the stage with magnificent rhythms. The show has an industrial, urban feel, and from start to finish the cast will amaze you with the music they are able to create with everyday items.
