Join us at the United Way of Berks County as they highlight some of their awesome initiatives throughout Berks County's Business community. Leadership United serves as a connector between community and nonprofit boards providing quality leadership training, with volunteer and board service opportunities. One of those initiatives known as Blueprint For Leadership or BFL, allows participants from local companies who have the desire to grow diverse leadership across our community. United Way works with a committee comprised of representatives from local companies, nonprofits and BFL graduates to implement the annual program. This professional development program prepares diverse groups of individuals for future community leadership roles.

Wednesday Diversity Mixers are the most diverse events in Berks County representing all types of backgrounds, generations, and professions. This is a free event so bring a friend or colleague!
